By downloading our content, you as a user accept that: PlasmaSpace Studios is the only one with permission as the owner of the content, which cannot be published for download on sites that are not authorized by PlasmaSpace Studios. As long as one of our Owners gives you authorization to do so, and you will be restricted to certain rules and conditions that you must follow, you can only leave download links to our site.

Our Owners inform you that we will take legal action against you, being a company or a person, our use or copyright policies apply to everyone without exception. From now on we will refer to you as "You", instead of a company or person. You may not use our content, we reserve the right to select the content and/or parts thereof, in our copyright. In case you take legal action, you are informed that our content is valued at 25.55 Mexican Pesos, per download, to which you must pay compensation for damages caused. This price will be $25.55 MX (Value of content per download) for the number of downloads and valued content. (Content value *Amount of content* Downloads).

To reach an agreement, you must first fill out this form to obtain important information about yourself (Commercial deal form Spanish English). If we detect something strange, we reserve the right to contact you to confirm the agreement.

Proper Use

For this, the user does not have any rights over the content (own or original models, this includes models from Addons, Mods, Texture Packs or any content over which Mojang does not have any rights). The user cannot publish the content about which it was already mentioned, the user can only download the content for personal use outside of commercial use or outside of any form of monetization.
